If you've already installed Accrescent and are still seeing this page, you've encountered a known bug in the Android Open Source Project. To work around it, go to "Settings > Apps > Accrescent > Open by default" and press "Add link." You can then check "accrescent.app" and click "Add" to manually add the link.
